3. Fushimi Inari Shrine

Main fushimi Inari shrine located at the base of the 233-meter-tall inari mountains. It may take up to 2 hours reach the shrine. you need to walk through thousands of amazing Vermillion torii gates to reach the forest, you can see many statues of foxes which is messenger of God inari. Inari is the god of rice according to locals.

4. Kyoto Imperial Palace

The imperial family used to live in the Imperial palace before the emperor moved the capital from Kyoto to Tokyo in 1868. It is located in the Imperial Park which is known as Kyōto Gyoen in Japanese.

5. Kinkaku-ji

Kinkakuji temple is three storey Zen Buddhist temple with top two floor covered in gold leaf. It is also known as the Temple of the Golden Pavilion. Official name of this temple is Rokuon-ji. Each level of the building was designed in a different three historical architecture style. First floor with Shinden style, second floor with bukke style and third and the last one with style of a Chinese Zen Hall. There is also a gold Phoenix on the top of Kinkakuji temple.
